 AMAN - an Irish registered trust partnering with local village community associations in the Moroccan High Atlas mountains in
promoting, supporting and assisting these Berber communities with their health, educational and self-sustainability needs.

Just some of the future projects that we have been requested to help with are:-

  • continuing trauma and first responder training for the men involved with running the ambulance and the medical cabinets in the villages

  • funding for a new piped water system to the villages including the development of a new water source itself

  • small agricultural initiatives which will mean more income for the community and more self-empowerment in relation to their health and educational needs

  • health education and vaccination programmes

These are all in addition of course to the maintenance of existing projects - medical cabinets, ambulance and school supplies etc. We greatly appreciate partnerships interested in working alongside us and/or donating some resources to help us meet these pressing needs for these communities.
