Answering Moroccan Atlas Needs

AMAN is an Irish registered trust designed to promote, support and assist with the health & educational needs of remote Berber villages in the Moroccan High Atlas mountains.

Running a mountaineering and trekking business in the Moroccan High Atlas, brings us into regular contact with isolated Berber villages. Over a period of years, relationships with these villages have developed to the extent that we wish to reach out to them and help address some of their needs.

With the establishment of the AMAN Trust, this has now become a reality. Many hurdles remain (language acquisition being one of the main ones) but it is our hope that this work will become self-sustaining, far-reaching and will bring New Life to all these villages.
